Knee Exercises – Standing Mini Squat

Mini squats are a good exercise to do if you want to improve your quadriceps and glute strength – either following an lower limb injury, or simply because you want to be able to move from sitting to standing more easily. These easy to perform mini squats are the perfect starting point. You need to be able to weight bear comfortably in order to do this knee exercise. If your balance is not great you can hold onto the back of a chair or a counter. Try to do this physio approved knee exercise daily in order to improve the strength of the muscles around your knee joint.
