Exercises for Hip Bursitis – Glute Stretch

Exercises for hip bursitis should include a glute stretch to help you regain hip flexibility. This exercise is helpful if you have a trochanteric bursitis, but should possibly be avoided if you have a ilioposas or iliopectineal bursitis. This glue stretch can be done daily in order to improve your hip flexibility. This exercise should be avoided if you experience groin pain or sharp pain in the hip joint. If you feel a good stretch in the butt area – your glutes – then it is beneficial.
