Exercises for Hip Bursitis & OA – Piriformis Stretch

This exercise for hip bursitis and hip OA helps to stretch the piriformis muscle. The piriformis muscle runs from your sacrum to your hip. It often gets very tight if you suffer from hip bursitis or osteoarthritis. You can perform this stretch daily in order to improve your symptoms.
