Exercise for Hip Bursitis and OA – Joint Mobility

This simple exercise for hip bursitis or hip OA will help to gently move the hip joint, thereby reducing stiffness and pain in the joint. You can do this exercise daily, or even a few times a day in order to improve your symptoms. Gravity allows for the creating of some “space” in the joint through gentle traction on the joint. The gentle pendulum movement helps with lubrication of the joint by the synovial fluid.
